1. Seller and scope
CÔTE PRIVÉE is operated by Olga Kim, Entrepreneur individuel (EI), SIREN 109 841 619, SIRET 109 841 619 00017, registered in Nice, France, with business address at 20 Rue Dante, 06000 Nice. Contact: hello@coteprivee.fr · +33 7 67 09 03 36. These terms govern purchases made by consumers through the website, Stripe checkout links, email or other written ordering channels.
2. Nature of the service
CÔTE PRIVÉE provides concierge assistance, recommendations, itinerary planning, reservation coordination and related support. Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, CÔTE PRIVÉE acts as an intermediary/assistant and is not the provider of restaurants, transport, accommodation, yacht charter, tickets, entertainment or other third-party services. Supplier availability, admission, cancellation rules and performance remain subject to the supplier's own terms.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are stated in euros and include taxes legally applicable to the CÔTE PRIVÉE service at the time of purchase. Published “from” prices are indicative minimum fees; the final fee for bespoke or complex work is confirmed before work begins. Third-party charges, deposits, tickets, transport, accommodation, food, yacht/villa costs and similar supplier costs are separate unless a written quote expressly states otherwise. Online card payments are processed by Stripe.
4. À la carte concierge
A standard request covers one defined reservation, booking, recommendation or coordination task. CÔTE PRIVÉE does not guarantee that a requested venue, supplier, date, table, ticket or experience will be available. Where a request requires materially more work than a standard request, the client is informed before any additional CÔTE PRIVÉE fee is charged.
5. Day and week planning
“A Day on the Riviera” and “A Week on the Riviera” cover personalised planning and booking coordination within the scope agreed with the client. Supplier prices are not included unless expressly stated. Major changes requested after an itinerary has been approved may be quoted separately when they require substantial re-planning.
6. Riviera Access
Riviera Access costs €690 and lasts 12 months from activation. It includes 20 standard concierge requests, the CÔTE PRIVÉE Guide, the private Google Map and Guide updates during the membership period. One standard request means one defined reservation, booking, recommendation or coordination task. Unused requests expire at the end of the 12-month period. The membership does not renew automatically.
7. Riviera Privé
Riviera Privé costs €1,490 and lasts 12 months from activation. It includes unlimited standard concierge requests, subject to reasonable fair use, priority handling, the CÔTE PRIVÉE Guide, private Google Map and Guide updates during the membership period. Fair use means ordinary personal concierge use by the purchasing member. Full-day/week itinerary planning, private events, complex yacht or villa sourcing, private aviation, on-site assistance, commercial/resale use, or unusually time-intensive projects may be quoted separately. The membership does not renew automatically.
8. The CÔTE PRIVÉE Guide
The Guide costs €79 and includes the digital Guide, access to the associated private Google Map and updates made available during the following 12 months. Recommendations are editorial and may change. Restaurants, beach clubs and other venues can change opening dates, prices, concepts or availability; seasonal venues should be checked before travel. The Guide and Map are licensed for the purchaser's personal use only and may not be copied, resold, republished or shared publicly.
9. Performance and timing
For concierge services, performance begins when the client asks CÔTE PRIVÉE to start work or, for online purchases, when immediate performance is expressly requested during checkout. CÔTE PRIVÉE will perform within the timeframe agreed for the relevant request, subject to the information and cooperation reasonably required from the client and to supplier response times.
10. Consumer right of withdrawal
For distance contracts, a consumer generally has 14 calendar days from conclusion of the contract to withdraw without giving a reason, subject to statutory exceptions.
Services started during the 14-day period. If the consumer expressly asks CÔTE PRIVÉE to begin performing a service before the withdrawal period ends and later withdraws before the service is fully performed, the consumer may owe an amount proportionate to the service already performed, as permitted by applicable law.
Digital Guide supplied immediately. Where the consumer expressly consents to immediate supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium and expressly acknowledges that this causes loss of the statutory right of withdrawal once supply begins, the Guide may be delivered immediately and the right of withdrawal is lost in accordance with applicable law.
To exercise a right of withdrawal where it remains available, email hello@coteprivee.fr with an unambiguous statement before the deadline. The model form below may be used but is not mandatory.

11. Cancellations and supplier terms
CÔTE PRIVÉE fees remunerate planning, research, reservation and coordination work. If the client cancels after work has begun, the treatment of the CÔTE PRIVÉE fee depends on work already performed and the consumer's statutory rights. Supplier deposits, cancellation fees and non-refundable tickets are governed by the supplier's terms and may remain payable or non-refundable. CÔTE PRIVÉE will disclose known supplier cancellation conditions when reasonably available.
12. Client information and responsibility
The client must provide accurate dates, names, party sizes, ages where relevant, dietary or accessibility requirements and other material information. The client remains responsible for passports, visas, insurance, transport documents, compliance with venue rules and timely payment of supplier charges.
13. Liability
CÔTE PRIVÉE is responsible for performing its own contractual obligations with reasonable care. It is not responsible for a third-party supplier's acts or omissions, or for events outside its reasonable control, except where applicable law provides otherwise. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Intellectual property
The CÔTE PRIVÉE name, original texts, layouts, Guide content, selection and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Third-party names, marks and photographs remain the property of their respective owners/licensors. Purchase does not transfer intellectual-property rights.
15. Complaints and consumer mediation
Please first send any complaint to hello@coteprivee.fr. If the dispute is not resolved satisfactorily after a prior complaint, a consumer may use the designated consumer mediator free of charge:

16. Personal data
Personal data is processed as described in the Privacy & Cookies Policy, including for enquiries, performance of services, payment administration, customer support, legal compliance and fraud prevention.
17. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law, without depriving consumers habitually resident in another country of mandatory protections that apply to them under applicable consumer law. Competent courts are determined by applicable law.
18. Changes
The version accepted at the time of purchase governs that purchase. CÔTE PRIVÉE may update these terms for future purchases. Material changes to an active prepaid membership will not reduce the benefits already purchased for the current membership period.
